At Face to Face Games, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must remain in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
